Food Service Manager

Lacombe bar and Steakhouse is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise Staff: Train, supervise, and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
