Safety Trainer

Job Title: Safety Trainer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Trainer to join our team at SPI Health and Safety. As a Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training sessions on targeted topics to our customers' employees.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on OHS matters to our customers' employees
- Act as an expert and partner for our customers
- Plan and manage mandates in collaboration with consulting coordinators
- Responsible for field expertise in confined space risk analysis and lockout
- Participate in the evaluation of mandates with the business development team
- Participate in the continuous improvement of mandates
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in their field of expertise
- Develop knowledge on various topics outside their area of expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or certificate in health and safety or equivalent experience
- Regular travel throughout the province of Quebec and available to travel across Canada
- Knowledge of confined spaces and/or lockout, a definite asset
- Bilingualism, a definite asset
- Occasional need to work evenings and weekends
