Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Trainer to join our team. As a Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training sessions on targeted topics, acting as an expert and partner for our customers, and planning and managing mandates in collaboration with consulting coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training sessions on OHS matters
  • Act as an expert and partner for our customers
  • Plan and manage mandates in collaboration with consulting coordinators
  • Responsible for field expertise in confined space risk analysis and lockout
  • Participate in the evaluation of mandates with the business development team
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of mandates
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in their field of expertise
  • Develop knowledge on various topics outside their area of expertise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or certificate in health and safety or equivalent experience
  • Regular travel throughout the province of Quebec and available to travel across Canada
  • Knowledge of confined spaces and/or lockout, a definite asset
  • Bilingualism, a definite asset
  • Occasional need to work evenings and weekends
