Mold Maintenance Specialist

The Mold Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for the setup of molds and the upkeep of associated equipment to meet daily production goals at Plasman Plant 1. Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Setting up molds and managing the mold storage area
  • Safely operating overhead cranes
  • Configuring end-of-arm tooling on robotic systems

Additional Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with molding presses and a comprehensive understanding of molds is required. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a Mold Maintenance Specialist.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
