About the Role:

Mega Mold International is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Windsor. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing precision components from 3D computer models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate CNC programs using Powermill to produce precision components
  • Set up tools, indicate, and load materials onto the Boring Mill
  • Carry out machining of components to fine tolerances
  • Conduct inspections to the authorized level
  • Identify and report errors, and suggest improvements to processes
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to implement company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, healthy, and tidy work environment
  • Perform other duties as required by the CNC Leader

Requirements:

  • Fully skilled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in precision machining
  • Proficient in programming using Powermill
  • Able to work with various materials and achieve fine tolerances
  • Skilled in the use of measuring equipment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible, courteous, and friendly approach
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
  • Able to work various shifts
