Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Financial Record Specialist to join our team at D&L Mold Inc. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

  • Accounting software
  • MS Access
  • MS Excel
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word

Work Environment:

  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
