Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning and Management: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet business objectives.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track inventory movements, and implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and excess stock.
- Team Management: Supervise and support production team members, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, supply chain management, or related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
