We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Engineering Operations to join our team at TechInsights. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the deliverables and process workflows of our engineering teams, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Optimization: Oversee, monitor, and continuously improve engineering teams' deliverables and process workflows, ensuring optimization of engineering resources and meeting delivery targets.
  2. Engineering Value Optimization: Optimize the value of engineering by establishing, developing, maintaining, and continually improving processes, systems, and tools.
  3. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to support future Product Roadmap discussions, representing the interests of the engineering teams and facilitating the development of new subscription offerings.
  4. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and manage engineering unit leaders (managers, sr. managers) by communicating strategic objectives, providing clear direction, setting professional development goals, and empowering team members to be self-starting and self-sufficient.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role within a technology-focused organization.
  2. Experience in the Semiconductor industry considered a strong asset.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven experience in optimizing engineering processes and workflows.
  4. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments, with experience in managing and mentoring engineering unit leaders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with the capability to evaluate cost optimization opportunities and forecast delivery targets.
  6. Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
