We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at 2502151 Ontario Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our clients, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
- Chef Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary personnel, to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting open communication, and encouraging staff to take ownership of their work.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns, and ensuring that all clients receive a high level of satisfaction with our food and service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
