  • Culinary Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation
    • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to develop their culinary skills and knowledge
  • Food Safety and Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meets our high standards of quality and safety
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our standards
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand
