As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for executing our revenue and market share growth strategy in partnership with the President, Capital Markets | Canada. Your expertise in sourcing, developing, and maintaining client relationships will be crucial in driving business growth and expansion. You will also oversee areas of valuation and financial analysis, working closely with the President, Capital Markets and Senior Leaders to lead business development and client relationship management. Additionally, you will manage and lead junior members of the Capital Markets team in the preparation and completion of proposals, presentations, and other ad hoc projects. If you have a strong background in commercial real estate, a real estate license, and experience in a similar role, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Sourcing, developing, and maintaining client relationships
* Overseeing areas of valuation and financial analysis
* Leading business development and client relationship management
* Managing and leading junior members of the Capital Markets team
* Collaborating with Colliers Brokerage Advisors to enhance their capabilities and provide added benefit to clients

**Requirements:**

* Real estate license
* Years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate
* Bachelor's degree, MBA, or advanced degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related field
