Key Responsibilities- Provide production support for Linux and Windows operating systems
- Support SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys, Stone branch, and Airflow
- Production trouble shooting skills and ITSM knowledge
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
- Rotational after-hours and weekend support
- Hadoop/Hive platform, Cloudera, OpenShift, and Java application support experience
- Interacting with ServiceNow on incidents, problems, service requests, and change deployments
- Flexibility for shift work
- 24X7 production support
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning experience
- Scheduling tools experience
- ITSM knowledge and production trouble shooting skills
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
