About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 3-4 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food products.

Conduct Performance Reviews

Evaluate team members' performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking.

Health and Safety Compliance

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices and quality.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Operations Planning and Control

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food products.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Standing for Extended Periods

Stand for extended periods, moving around the restaurant to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
