As a key member of the North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) team, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions that impact millions of customers globally. Our Fulfillment Centers utilize cutting-edge technology, including Amazon robotics, scanning machines, and computer systems that track millions of items in a day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models, analyze data, and make recommendations to drive business improvements and influence senior leaders.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidations using financial systems and advanced Excel functions.
  • Build effective business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events.
  • Communicate complex finance issues in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting your style based on audience.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative data to develop relevant reports leading to cost reductions.
  • Manage a direct report and take part in hiring, developing, and mentoring activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related analytical field.
  • 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python).
