About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at 1722025 ALBERTA LTD. as a key member of our hotel and resort operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record and manage financial transactions related to cleaning operations.
  • Receive Payments: Process payments for specialized cleaning services.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Supervision: Proven experience in supervising and leading a team.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
