- Identify and source products for retail, ensuring quality and demand.
- Design and execute marketing initiatives to enhance store visibility.
- Oversee budget planning and financial monitoring to ensure profitability.
- Assess staffing needs and manage recruitment processes.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any operational challenges.
- Supervise both paid staff and volunteers to foster a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.
