Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Toronto East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the region.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the packaging, labeling, and coding industries. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and service technicians, and will work closely with our product development team to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region
  • Manage a team of sales professionals and service technicians
  • Work closely with our product development team to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of sales experience, with a strong understanding of the packaging, labeling, and coding industries
  • 3-5 years of industry experience selling packaging, labeling, and coding-type equipment and consumables
  • Leadership experience an asset
  • Knowledge of various industries and applications in packaging
  • French bilingualism an asset
