Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Move Way Logistics. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Your primary objective will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints in a fair and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining customer information in our database, processing customer orders, and generating sales leads for our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of CRM software and social media platforms. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain customer information in our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process customer orders, including calculating charges and generating sales leads.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
  • Generate sales leads for our clients, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM software and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
