About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Head to join our team at Atmosphere Ltd. in Durham Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage inventory levels, merchandise displays, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
