Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1067657 BC LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and that they feel valued and respected.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.
- Work Setting: This position is based in a fast-paced food service establishment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
