We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
- Monitor Sales and Inventory: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that our coffee shop is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or supervisory role.
