About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Papa Johns. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and take action to minimize losses.
  • Knowledge of Culinary Genres: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to communicate this to customers.
  • Supervision: Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that they are delivered to the correct location and in a timely manner.
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Papa Johns, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
