About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Granard Management. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Information Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the office, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and up-to-date.
  • Mail and Materials Handling: Receive and process incoming mail and materials, maintaining a secure and organized filing system.
  • Scheduling and Filing: Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records, ensuring that all necessary documents are filed and easily accessible.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including basic bookkeeping tasks, to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a legal administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in PCLaw, MS Office, and other legal software; strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure; excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Qualifications: Legal administrative experience in civil litigation, contracts, and financial statements; ability to handle a large caseload and meet tight deadlines; legal certifications required.
