About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Aroma Espresso Bar at Mars. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our coffee shop with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve drinks and food in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Bar Operations: Operate dishwashers, wash and sanitize dishes and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and maintain a high level of food quality and safety.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Familiarize yourself with and maintain conventional ovens, electronic cash registers, and food dispensers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30-44 hours per week.
