Senior Corporate Law Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Law Clerk to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a Senior Corporate Law Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of corporate matters, including incorporations, amalgamations, and continuances, as well as corporate transactional matters such as financings, share purchases, and closings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with lawyers and clerks in other offices on multi-jurisdictional transactions
  • Provide Ontario support for corporate services and transactional matters
  • Assist with corporate services work, including annual returns and business name registrations
  • Work with corporate databases to manage and maintain client information

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Corporate Law experience at a top-tier law firm
  • Private practice experience and relevant in-house corporate experience may be considered
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Experience working in a corporate database is a significant asset
