About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Proactively identify and meet customer needs, processing transactions and providing solutions
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives
  • Contribute to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with technology and share knowledge with customers, introducing them to mobile banking applications and assisting with their banking needs
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and deliver excellent service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options
  • Comfortable in sales situations, with a strong ability to identify and fulfill customer needs
