As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver outstanding customer service
- Proactively identify and meet customer needs, processing transactions and providing solutions
- Nurture long-term relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives
- Contribute to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with technology and share knowledge with customers, introducing them to mobile banking applications and assisting with their banking needs
- Proven customer service skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and deliver excellent service
