Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ramp Operations Manager to oversee daily ramp activities at our YOW location. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and profitable operations while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all aspects of ramp operations, including aircraft turnaround, baggage handling, and passenger services.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with airline clients, airport authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Effectively allocate staff resources and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in aviation management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Ramp Supervisor or similar role within the aviation industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of ramp operations procedures, safety regulations, and customer service best practices.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
