About The Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Program Coordinator for a prominent national not-for-profit organization, requiring commitment for ten days each month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and execution of an international academic initiative.
  • Assist in applicant evaluation, document assessment, and database upkeep.
  • Organize meetings for selection committees.
  • Support national and international events.
  • Act as a secondary contact for program-related inquiries.
  • Prepare documentation and reports, including budget tracking for the program.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and program recipients.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A post-secondary degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in program management.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Eligibility for federal government security clearance - Enhanced Reliability.
  • Experience in an academic or not-for-profit setting is a significant advantage.
Position Details

This is a full-time permanent position commencing as a six-month contract. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $27.00 to $30.00, with benefits available upon hiring.
