The Lac La Ronge Indian Band Education Department is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time, permanent position as a Secretary/Receptionist at the LLRIB Band Office in La Ronge, SK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office secretarial/receptionist duties, including directing calls and handling inquiries from students and the public.
- Provide administrative support, including typing, photocopying, faxing, and composing letters.
Requirements:
- Training in Office Administration or related experience.
- Experience in secretarial/receptionist duties.
- Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Cree is an asset.
