Pioneer Gas Station is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales floor team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and driving sales growth. Your duties will include assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing returns, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and supply shortages, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Assign sales workers to duties
* Authorize return of merchandise
* Establish work schedules
* Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
* Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Supervise and coordinate activities of sales team

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
