Pioneer Gas Station is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of sales associates. Key responsibilities include:

* Assigning sales workers to duties and ensuring a smooth customer experience
* Authorizing returns and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
* Establishing work schedules and coordinating activities of workers
* Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Maintaining inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment

Work Environment:

* 40 hours per week
* Permanent position
* Work Language: English
