Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of HVAC systems in both new and existing structures.
- Assess the technical aspects of project plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with product requirements and submitting shop drawings to suppliers.
- Utilize manufacturer software to validate product selections.
- Obtain customer approvals for shop drawings, release schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate the release of equipment for production.
- Maintain project status updates in the internal database.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage inventory effectively.
- Monitor project expenses and material costs closely.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures whenever feasible.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project status.
- Provide technical support to clients and the sales team.
- Ensure timely billing processes are upheld.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in HVAC or a related field.
- Experience in HVAC is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel).
- Willingness to expand industry knowledge.
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Good judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Adept at problem-solving and providing tailored solutions based on customer needs and company goals.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License.
- Willingness to travel to the U.S.A.
- PMP Designation is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg.
