Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of HVAC systems in both new and existing structures.
  • Assess the technical aspects of project plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with product requirements and submitting shop drawings to suppliers.
  • Utilize manufacturer software to validate product selections.
  • Obtain customer approvals for shop drawings, release schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate the release of equipment for production.
  • Maintain project status updates in the internal database.
  • Coordinate deliveries and manage inventory effectively.
  • Monitor project expenses and material costs closely.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures whenever feasible.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project status.
  • Provide technical support to clients and the sales team.
  • Ensure timely billing processes are upheld.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in HVAC or a related field.
  • Experience in HVAC is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel).
  • Willingness to expand industry knowledge.
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Adept at problem-solving and providing tailored solutions based on customer needs and company goals.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License.
  • Willingness to travel to the U.S.A.
  • PMP Designation is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg.
