Production and Sewing Supervisor

As the Production and Sewing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and strategizing the operations of the sewing floor. Your leadership will ensure that teams operate efficiently and meet their daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sewing floor team.
- Analyze the daily Production Schedule and allocate tasks across all lines, including Bundling, Marking, and Down fill.
- Examine the approved Sample alongside the Manual prior to commencing production.
- Assess training needs for each section or line and collaborate with the Training Supervisor to implement necessary training.
- Identify areas of low performance in terms of Efficiency and Quality, and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Ensure a safe working environment on the manufacturing floor.
- Maintain up-to-date Production boards with accurate information accessible to all team members.
- Over 10 years of experience in Apparel Manufacturing.
- Proficient understanding of Sewing operations and industrial machines.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with computers and business software, including MS Office and Excel.
