Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at HLC Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Production Oversight: Supervise the activities of team leaders and employees to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring all products meet company requirements.
- Employee Management: Manage employee schedules, training, and performance, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on production operations, occupational health and safety, and food safety.
- Education: DEC in food science, operations management, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision position.
- Skills: Knowledge of HACCP standards, computer skills in MS Office suite and management software, and bilingualism (French and English).
