Restaurant Operations Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and participate in marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:- Education: College/CEGEP degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability
