Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Originate and manage commercial lending relationships with high net worth clients.
- Develop and implement customized lending solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage credit risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute business plans to attract and retain high net worth clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial lending or small business banking experience.
- Established network of high net worth clients in the Canadian banking industry.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- University degree (BComm, MBA, CFA) and industry courses (e.g. CSC, PFP, CFP) are an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French is required.
