Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
    • Provide personalized service and advice to clients, helping them to achieve their financial objectives.
  • Commercial Lending
    • Originate and manage commercial lending relationships with high net worth clients, providing them with customized credit solutions.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored lending solutions.
  • Business Development
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business plans that meet client needs.
  • Operational Effectiveness
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
    • Manage client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of commercial lending or small business banking experience.
    • Established network of high net worth clients in the Canadian banking industry.
  • Skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and business development skills.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial lending and wealth management products and services.
  • Education
    • University degree (BComm, MBA, CFA), in addition to industry courses (eg. CSC, PFP, CFP) is an asset.
