Job Summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Aircraft Fueling Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of fueling services to our airline customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Station Manager in the day-to-day running of the Fueling team, ensuring that all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and allocate staff and resources to meet service standards for our customer airlines.
  • Ensure that fueling operations are delivered safely, on time, and consistently in line with service level standards.
  • Influence and facilitate the consistent delivery of a "World Class" product to our airline customers.
  • Work closely with Ground Support Equipment (GSE) responsible personnel to ensure effective GSE management, defect reporting, and GSE checks.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills and experience, with a minimum of 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada.
  • Valid Driver's license and hold a DA.
  • Well-organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, able to work on their own initiative to specific deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in fuelling operations and good understanding of operational departments.
  • Familiar with GOMs, Airline procedures, Airport procedures, and Airport legislations.
  • SLA driven to meet customer expectations by delivering excellence.
  • A strong sense of stakeholder engagement, including customer portfolio, Airport representatives, Local CAA, and local third-party providers.
Working Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be required to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be able to lift up to 70lbs when required.
