Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Audit Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing package audits to minimize lost revenue using DWS machines and Global Scanning System (GSS) scanners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct package audits to ensure accurate weight readings and minimize lost revenue
  • Operate DWS machines and GSS scanners to verify package weights and dimensions
  • Maintain production standards and meet daily performance goals
  • Ensure UPS Safety Habits are maintained and followed at all times
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Perform tasks that require manual dexterity, including lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling, and manipulating packages
  • Work cooperatively in a diverse work environment and communicate effectively with team members
  • Ability to work additional hours and/or overtime depending on service needs

Requirements:

  • Possesses effective verbal/written communication, problem-solving, research, and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) (preferred)
  • Exhibits accurate and rapid data entry
  • High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
