Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Media Strategy & Integration to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated media strategies that drive business growth and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that align with business objectives and drive results.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization of media plans.
  • Media Planning and Optimization
    • Oversee the development and execution of cross-channel media plans that drive engagement and conversions.
    • Monitor and analyze media performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and develop strategic initiatives.
  • Thought Leadership and Innovation
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging media technologies, integrating innovative approaches into our media strategies.
    • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, sharing expertise and insights with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in media strategy, with a proven track record of success in life sciences marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and optimization, including digital, TV, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership to drive business growth.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven insights to inform media strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
