Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at S R PETROLEUM INC. as a Retail Store Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and supervise a team of 5-10 sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
