Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Hampton General Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
