Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Best Price Corner Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling and reconcile store finances, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook
  • Security and Safety: Bondable
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, reliable
