About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Digital Data Strategy to join our Business Insights team at McDonald's Canada. As a key strategic partner, you will play a critical role in accelerating our digital journey and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital analytics strategy to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Lead the integration of digital customer data across the enterprise, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide critical insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders, informing business strategy and investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling and machine learning.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, with 4+ years of leading a team of analysts.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Proficiency in leading broader business performance analysis, insights generation, and strategic planning.
  • Experience with BI platforms and data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
  • Proficiency with analyzing data using advanced Excel, SQL, and R or Python.
