We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Devi Projects Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Record Keeping: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain accurate records.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
