About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 1208387 BC LTD. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Authorize Payments and Manage Inventory: Process payments, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.
  • Order Merchandise and Resolve Issues: Source and purchase merchandise, and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Supervise Employees: Create and manage work schedules, and supervise employees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Prepare Reports and Analyze Sales Data: Compile and analyze sales data, and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 to 2 Years of Experience: You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • English Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
