About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gas Station Attendant at 1208387 BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience at our gas station.
  • Fuel Service: Refuel vehicles, receive payments from customers, and perform minor property maintenance tasks.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and assist with their immediate settlement needs.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people, offer mentorship and coaching opportunities, and develop relationships with Indigenous communities.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination, offer mentorship programs, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our customers and employees.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs are covered by the employer.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week.
