Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their tasks.
- Authorize Payments and Merchandise Returns: Verify and approve payments by cheque, as well as authorize the return of merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Merchandise and Manage Inventory: Place orders for merchandise and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Sell Merchandise and Prepare Reports: Sell merchandise to customers and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Issues and Supply Shortages: Address customer complaints and resolve supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Ensure the gas station is maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Our gas station operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work effectively in a dynamic setting. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a variety of weather conditions.
