As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
