Key Responsibilities

Daily Duties

Addressing customer needs at the service counter. Overseeing administrative tasks such as financial reporting and cash management. Collaborating with team members to resolve issues. Balancing various responsibilities throughout the day, including sales, mentoring, and administrative tasks. Eager to learn about the business by engaging in service operations.

Path to Success

Maintain a motivated and positive work atmosphere, fostering respect among team members. Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement. Keep the store organized and safe for all employees. Serve as a role model for team members.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Collaborates effectively with the Store Manager to implement strategies and ensure successful outcomes. Demonstrates a solid understanding of budget and inventory management. Assists in managing company assets and cash flow in accordance with standards. Able to operate confidently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license. Ability to lift weights between 30-50 lbs as necessary. Commitment to safety by adhering to required protocols and wearing PPE. High school diploma or GED equivalent, with some management training preferred.
